8.6. As set
forth in Ahiama's Terms of Service, Users (including any employees, agents,
representatives or any other parties acting for such User or on behalf of such
User) own personal data of other Users through the use of the Service (“Data
Receiving Party”) hereby agrees that they will (i) comply with the provisions
of law on personal data protection relating to this data, including any
collection, process, store and transfer this data; (ii) allow Ahiama or the
User whose personal data of the Receiving Party is collected (“Disclosing
Party”) to delete his or her data collected from the Receiving Party's database
; and (iii) permit Ahiama or the Data Disclosing Party to review the content
collected in relation to them by the Data Receiving Party, in each case (ii)
and (iii) above, in compliance with and when required by relevant legal
provisions.
8.7.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Merchant (including any employee,
agent, representative or any other party acting for such User or on behalf of
such User) shall comply with relevant legal provisions and, in relation to any
Buyer's personal data received from Ahiama, (i) the use of such Buyer's
personal data shall not be permitted unless good cause necessary to respond to
Buyer's requests and to respond, process, settle or complete transactions
without the prior written consent of Buyer and Ahiama; (ii) must stop
communicating with Buyers using this information outside of the Ahiama
platform; (iii) shall not disclose such Buyer's personal data to any
unauthorized third party without the prior written consent of the Buyer and Ahiama;
(iv) must take appropriate security measures to protect each Ahiama user's
personal data in their possession, retaining this data only as long as
necessary for the above purposes, and in accordance with the provisions of
personal data protection law, and delete or return this data to Ahiama upon
request from Ahiama or as soon as possible upon completion of the transaction;
and (v) notify Ahiama's Personal Data Protection Department at support@ahiama.com in the event of a potential data breach or other loss of this user's
data.
9.
INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN
These
Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not
knowingly collect or maintain any personal data or non-personally identifiable
information from anyone under the age of 13, nor any part of our Platform or
other Services. for children under 13 years old. Parents or guardians of
children under 13 years old, please supervise and ensure that personal
information of children under 13 years old in their care is not posted to Ahiama.
In the event that personal information of a child under 13 years old under your
guardianship is provided to Ahiama, the parent or guardian hereby consents to
